Hi @SeiksToronto!

No word on that as of now. Should we carry it, it'll be updated on Fido.ca. Smiley

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

Hello 22justin,

  Welcome to the community!

Are you having the same issue at other locations? It's possible that your location does not have a very strong LTE signal. That could explain why you only get 1 bar (and no data) and why it switches to the '3G' network.

**edit** It appears as though there might be signal issues with the KeyOne itself (see here, here, and here)**

Hope this helps Smiley

Cheers

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

I ended up buying an unlocked Keyone last year but notice that i am in an area with colleagues who are also with Fido and have LTE+ showing on their signal indicator. I do not see the + on my Keyone - is the Keyone not compatible with Rogers/Fido LTE+ or is it just not displayed cosmetically on the Keyone? To add, I have tried a Bell sim card in my Keyone which did show an LTE+ icon so might this just be a carrier setting issue on the Keyone?

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

Hey SeiksToronto!

Thanks for the update!

Is the same thing happening when you insert your SIM card into a Fido phone? Are you able to test your SIM card in one of your colleague's devices?

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

I was able to try my Fido sim in an unlocked Samsung A5 which did display an LTE+ indicator.

@SeiksToronto Thanks for testing!

What do you currently see displayed on your phone instead of LTE+?

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

Just "LTE" without a "+".

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

@SeiksToronto Have you checked if the phone is compatible with our network bands/frequencies?

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

Thanks for confirming!

Were you able to verify if your phone displays the LTE+ with other SIM cards?

Re: BlackBerry KEYone

Yes, using a Bell Mobility SIM card, my Keyone displays "LTE+".
