For some really odd reason not everyone is receiving my texts, however I can receive theres without any problems. Its strange as I am texting people in the same city as me inside of Canada yet not everyone is receiving several text I have sent out to them! I don't know how to fix this, it is a huge issue as I am becoming not able to contact people via texts as they won't receive anything I have sent! I NEED HELP WITH THIS ASAP! WHAT DO I DO? Has anyone experience similar problems if so how do I address the issue?

Hi, have you talked to customer support? I would give them a call at 1-888-481-3436 to have them reset your service and see if that fixes the issues your experiencing. When I first got my Fido handset, I was experiencing quite a few dropped calls and having them reset my service fixed it. Also, resetting the phone itself might do the trick. Hope this help!
