Is it possible to block an international phone number from sending text messages?

Try using Fido's Extreme Text Messaging service (not available for prepaid accounts). On your phone, while not on wifi, browse to http://www.fido.ca/m/etm. From there you can enter numbers to block from receiving texts, but i don't know how well it support international numbers.

block incoming international sms is a feature that may or may not exist depending on the manufacturer.

have you done a search on google to see if there is an application for your mobile os that can block incoming interational sms???
