Redeeming Fido dollars for BB

Hello.

Iv accumulated $126.55 fido dollars. I have a BB Bold and do not have a data or BBM/Email Service.

Can I use my FD to fully pay for data or BBM or Email Services?

You must called Fido Customer Service at 6-1-1 from your handset or 1-888-461-3436 to apply data add-ons with FidoDollars. It cannot be done via My Account on Fido.ca. You can only use FidoDollars to pay for add-on if you are adding it to your account for the first time. That is, you cannot call back every month remove the add-on and re-apply it using FidoDollars. There is a maximum of 2 months that an add-on can be credited with FidoDollars. For example, the $25 500 MB data addon can be used for 1 month or the $10 data add-on can applied for 2 months using FidoDollars.
