Hi,

 

I had temporary suspended my account for the month of May, June, July and August. However, I will be coming to Canada on Aug 13 and I was wondering if it is possible to activate my account after August 13.

I suspended my account for 10 months but I need to reactivate it earlier than expected (ie this sunday, 29th of April).

 

How should I proceed?

That is really easy, simply phone up customer service, and explain to them you want to restore your line early, and they should be able to honour your request. It doesn't hurt to ask them to see what they say.

When you get back you can contact Fido through any of the available methods listed here and they can remove the suspension from the line.
