Why are they different?

My Account app says; USAGE RESET IN:1 day(s)

Fido Web page says; New usage cycle starts in:0 Days

Which one is right?

I changed my plan and I can see the remaining data value has changed.

That means, has my new cycle started? Or do I have to wait one more day?

Hey there @s2h22!

Welcome to the community Smiley

There are 2 dates basically because there is the date your cycle starts and then there is the date your cycle ends. On top of your bill you'll see the billing cycle date, for example the 27th, this is the date that your cycle ends. The 28th would be the date your cycle starts and also the date where your usage resets.

Hope this clarifies!
