I have order a HTC One S about 2 weeks ago. I called the customer service and they said they only indicated the order was sent to proceed. I wonder what's going on in the warehouse. Why is it taking so long? My friend who order the same phone on the same day got his phone a week ago. The customer serice told me they don't know what's going on in the warehouse. How can I check if something went wrong at the warehouse?

You can use your phone number as a reference code to track the shipment via UPS's website. If there is not information on their website, you'll need to contact our Solution Center to open an investigation.
