More minutes are showing in the account even after not using it!!

I checked my fido account today.

It's free calling during Saturday and Sunday.

I checked on Sunday, my balance for Canada wide calling was 32 minutes and today suddenly it reduces to 25 minutes without usage of a single minute.how come?

Because I didn't call anyone in between 7AM to 5PM yesterday and today.

Kindly revert.

There can be a delay for the usage on the My Account app. 

 

You'll be able to check the full details of the calls billed when your invoice comes out. If ever something doesn't look right then, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be happy to check it out.
