old sim card is invalid?! Got the number directly off the old sim card. How do i activate the new sim card?

Where does it say it's invalid? Are you trying to activate it on another number?
A new SIM can be activated directly on Fido.ca My Account or with us if you contact us.

I've tried multiple times and on different browsers to update the sim but every time I've entered in the old sim it refreshes to a page indicating the old sim is invalid. Please advise

Im having the same issue as everyone else in this thread. No matter how many times I attempt to activate my new SIM card, it tells me the my old SIM card is not valid. Is there a fix for this that I am missing?
