I am trying to set up auto refill so my credit card will be charged every 30 days. I do have my credit card registered and approved. When I click on "refill option" I get transfered to https://www.fido.ca/web/content/account/refill_pre
When I clicked on "sign up for auto refill" the options it says "You need to sign up to the Monthly option before being able to sign up to the Low Balance option.". No mention of 30 day cycles.
I am wondering if the link "refill option" is broken and directs me to the wrong page.
My 2nd problem is with fido dollars. It seems as though airtime vouchers are not available in $10 denominations (only $20). New change?

My auto refill was working fine until I tried to register a new credit card. Fido rejected the new credit card as invalid. I contacted my financial institution and confirmed that it was a valid cc. Fido insists that the card is invalid, and the customer services rep cannot offer any assistance except to send the matter to some other Fido office which would look into this issue. My financial institution insists that it is Fido problem and I agree with them because I am able to make other purchases using the same cc with no problem. In the meantime, I buy vouchers for my minutes using the same credit card. I have contacted Fido on several occasions and I got the same lack of assistance. Did anybody have the same problem and how was it resolved?

I am having this same problem.
My account with the new Visa card appears to be setup for the low balance auto-refill option - however my airtime balance keeps expiring every month and is not auto-refilled!
