I need help with new sim card in prepaid phone

Hi Team 

 

I have activated a Fido Prepaid SIM with your online service. Seletced the number successfully - ###-###-####

But i cant receive any incoming calls . Please advise

You shoudn't post your number on a public forum.

 

Try restarting your phone after activating the SIM.

I tried restarting the phone no luck, it says customer you are calling unavailable at the moment. Please advice

I went ahead and modified your post to remove your phone number. As KAPABLE-K mentioned, it isn't usually recommended to leave this kind of private information in a public forum. 

 

Can you tell us if you tried doing a manual network search on the phone? Do you see any signal bars at the top of your phone's screen?

No it didn't resolve the issue , I ported out to chatr....
