Cancellation of voice message ( monthly plan)

I phoned Fido customer service yesterday, Aug 10, 2017, to cancel my voice messaging service. The rep. told me the transaction is completed and he blocked the voicemail in their end. However, after 4 rings, my calls still go to voicemail today. Please help to investigate and cancel my voicemail immediate. Thanks.
