Hi,
I've recently been a victim of fraud. I was told that someone from Montreal has been doing international calls and it's worth about $1800. Fido rep said it will appear on my bill but I won't be charged at all. Now for the first time I recieved a bill mailed to me that I didn't sign up for and it said I had $1358 balance which will be charged on my credit card, which I never pre-authrized. But it was just okay because I was told I wouldn't be charged. However, next thing you know fido has charged my credit card. I am not happy with this situation.
Can someone please help me out here.
