Contacting Fido Prepaid

I have been trying to contact customer service for my prepaid account. When I am transferred to the prepaid line, I get a busy tone and no one comes on the line. I tried to speak to an agent and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. I get a message saying that the office is presently closed even though the opening hours on weekdays is stated as 8.00 a.m.

Are you guys still in business. If so why is it so difficult to contact someone for help.

That's very odd. Can you try the following: 

 

Dial 611 from your Prepaid phone. Then press 4 for general info. From there press 4 again to speak to a representative. Lastly you'll need to press 1 and from there you should be directed to a Prepaid agent. 

 

Let me know if that works!
