I cancelled my plan in last year.
However, fee is required for this month.

I am very absurd.

I came back to my homeland permanently.

If you close your account, the final bill (with the final adjustments and fees) will only come out on the next billing cycle date

 

This means you probably received your Final Invoice.

 

You can definitely contact us so we have a look at all this with you Smiley

Fido allows you to view your bills online (as far back as 18 months). To easily access your bills through My Account, follow the steps below.

Note: Only primary account holders will be able to view the bill online.

  1. To start, sign into your Fido My Account. If you don't have an account yet, find out how to register here.
  2. On the Overview page, click on View Bill.
  3. Your current bill details will be displayed here. If you want to check charges for a specific number on your account, scroll down to it and tap View Billing Details.

It's actually under where you can select the month of the bill you want to see and you have the option to save the bill there via pdf... Thanks
