Are we in 2011 or 1911 ? everytime we try to log on to fido the page doesn't open or it say's(( we are having difficulties )) this very bad and not professional

i don't think it's the actual site problem

i think whoever is controlling the forum turns off the forum at certin times to avoid potential conflicts?

i notice it is always under maintainace during night time until the morning

i know fido reps/mod need rests during night time (off duty)

but it would be more useful if it wills stay open 24/7 with occaional maintainance

or at least allow us to access to My Account

because i work mostly graveyard shifts and i cannot access to my account at all to check my status (ie. useage)

it is... at time very frustrating
