Hi there, I just signed up to Fido pulse plan and supposed to gt access to Spotify Premium. I read that to proceed with activation, you are supposed to receive a link to fidohub.ca, which I haven't received yet. Does it supposed to come automatically when you get plan, or how does it work? Thanks

I can't be the only one with this problem too.
Done the codes from text - after doing so numerous times (clearing cache, log out/log in, wireless/no wireless) the fidohub.ca page always goes back to this message:
Then when you go back to MANAGE SECTION of my acccount page you get this with no signup link:
Clicking on manage just puts me back to the first pic I posted that states for me to get my link via www.fido.ca/login
I've messaged SPOTIFY at request of one of your FIDO operators. Had a two day conversation of messages with them trying to figure it out and they finally referred me back to FIDO to figure it out. Just want my premium Spotify trial as part of my new plan. Can't be that hard to set me up with the same link FIDO sends out for this Premium plan setup - never received one by email when I signed up.

I've never redeemed any offer with Fido for Spotify - just found out what Spotify is over the last 6 months or so but never went on. Once my $60/10G deal came through I decided to do so. Any thoughts out there from you Mods on how to access this?
Have you ever had Spotify Premium on the account you were trying to use whether as a paid membership or a trial version?
With the Discover Spotify Premium, the 6 months are only redeemable if you've never had Spotify Premium on the account.
