Voice Mail

Recently I'm having trouble activating voice mail. Asks for my phone number then says it's invalid. Can't even get in the queue for either chat or customer service. Any ideas?

When I try to set up voicemail I get a message to enter my 10 digit phone number and press the # key then I get a message telling me that this is an invalid number.
