Do we ever get a tracking number for this or is it just a guessing game? It took 2 weeks to receive a "processing" email. Would love to know an ETA, I totally understand things happen and back orders, shipping delays etc pop up but at the very least ...

Activation New SIM card: Old SIM card not valid

Hello, I got my new phone and new SIM card a while back and when I went to activate the new SIM card the old SIM card appeared to be not valid even though I just took it off of my fully functioning old phone.  How can I activate my new SIM card?
