wasted 4 hours on fido issue still not resolved!

wasted 4 hours today on fido issue still not resolved! Still on the phone - called in Nov 2023 for a new plan - rep slapped old plan on new plan now have to pay $15  for the old plan - was on 3G while other carriers was offering the same plan with 4G...

6 months later - refund cheque never arrived!!!!!!
