How can I listen saved message?

Hello. i have inportant boice mail from my company so I saved it. I know there is a limited time appliable to save it. So I am trying to listen and take a note from it but I don't know how to listen it. When I access the voice mail, it keep saying that nothing to tell me.

Saved and unheard voicemails are only saved for 3 days unless you have the Enhanced Voice Messaging then it's stored for 10 days, so if it has been more than 3 days then unfortunately it was erased, see here for more information regarding voicemail.
