Account keeps getting suspended by mistake

Hello,

I am very disappointed in Fido for always suspending my account without any tangible reasons.

this is the third time the account is suspended and anytime I call, they will say it was a mistake but they keep suspending it.

this is terrible experience from your side. Please whoever is in charge should resolve whatever issue they have with my account else I will press charges on this. This is so unfair.
